IJF SV1000SS Stainless Steel Spray Valve for Low Viscosity Materials

The Fisnar SV1000SS stainless steel spray valve provides close tolerance spray dispensing of fluids of up to 1000 cps. The SV1000SS is constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion from volatile materials. With a spray angle of 12° and an operating frequency of 200 cycles/min, the SV1000SS is designed for spraying flux, polyurethane, paint, lubricants, inks and for coating and conformal coating applications.

IDMVG DV5005DFS Positive Displacement Auger Valve with Disposable Fluid Path

The IDMVG DV5005DFS Positive Displacement Auger Valve has been developed to accurately dispense high viscosity materials and has a disposable fluid path. The cartridges are easily interchanged for simple clean-up, allowing for continuous operation, and contain acetal auger screws which are hard wearing and have low surface energy for clean dispensing. Three versions of the disposable auger cartridge are available: 6, 8 and 16 pitch.
