Born2Bond Flex Cyanoacrylate Adhesive
About Born2Bond Flex Cyanoacrylate Adhesive
Also available to buy online at
Born2Bond™ Flex is a flexible, elastic and low-odour, “instant” cyanoacrylate adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a very broad range of materials and surfaces. Once cured, Born2Bond Flex becomes a flexible and elastic polymer with >200% elongation, which absorbs impact and vibration, and copes with bonding substrates with differing thermal expansion coefficients over thermal excursions.
This cyanoacrylate adhesive is a two-part product, supplied in a convenient cartridge. The gel viscosity and working time of up to six minutes once mixed facilitates application and allows it to fill gaps of up to 10mm. It achieves rapid adhesion to most plastics, wood and metals, including porous and irregular surfaces.
Born2Bond Flex is supplied in a syringe cartridge, available in 10g and 50g sizes. Both cartridges come with static mixing nozzles. The 10g size is suitable for manual application and comes with a plunger. The 50g size is used with a dispensing gun for manual application, or can be integrated into automation.
