Born2Bond™ Pre-Bonding Cleaner is a fast-evaporating, residue-free cleaner designed to prepare surfaces for reliable adhesive bonding and assembly. Born2Bond Pre-Bonding Cleaner removes grease, oils, lubricants and other contaminants without leaving films that compromise bond strength or process repeatability. Solvent-based and supplied in an aerosol format, it is suitable for metals, many plastics (including sensitive grades*), composite materials and precision-machined parts.

How to use

  • Spray from approximately 15–20 cm onto the surface, or apply using a solvent-soaked wipe
  • Use the cannula for targeted cleaning in confined areas
  • Wipe in a single direction with a clean, lint-free wipe
  • Repeat if needed until contamination is removed
  • Allow the solvent to evaporate fully before starting the bonding process
