Dymax UVCS V3.0 LED UV Curing Conveyor Conformal Coating PCB

The Dymax UVCS v3.0 is a fully customizable, LED UV curing conveyer which uses high-intensity UV/visible light sources for the fast curing of compatible UV adhesives, coatings and encapsulants. The system produces consistent, uniform coverage over 254 mm x 254 mm, allowing large format parts to be processed quickly and efficiently.

Incorporating up to four Dymax Bluewave FX-1250 LED UV emitters, available in 365nm, 385nm, or 405nm wavelengths, conveyers can be tailored to best suit your materials and processes. The UV array can be arranged in several vertical and horizontal patterns to ensure optimum coverage.

The UVCS V3.0 LED conveyor is equipped with an automated part sensing feature and offers various operation modes, including an oven mode and high-speed conveying mode. A sophisticated touchscreen control panel enables full control of UV intensity and belt speed process parameters. Belt and edge-carry versions are available for further flexibility.
