The IUV301 LED UV Curing Chamber is a compact benchtop UV curing chamber, also known as a UV curing oven, designed for the fast, safe and repeatable curing of UV curable adhesives, coatings, inks and encapsulants. High-intensity UV LEDs and highly reflective internal surfaces deliver exceptional light uniformity throughout the curing area, helping ensure consistent curing across single components, batches of parts and larger assemblies.
Adjustable UV intensity and exposure time allow curing processes to be optimised for different materials, while the enclosed chamber design improves operator safety and process repeatability in research, quality control and production environments.
The IUV301 LED UV Curing Chamber is available with 365 nm, 385 nm or 405 nm LED wavelengths to match the absorption characteristics of your UV curable material.
Unlike open UV flood lamps, an enclosed curing chamber provides a controlled curing environment where UV intensity, exposure time and part positioning remain consistent from batch to batch.
