The Quadro system is designed to mix two-part epoxy, polyurethane, and methyl methacrylate adhesives and sealants, packaged in twin cartridges, more efficiently. The advanced geometry of the mixing elements means that materials are mixed in a shorter distance so that nozzles are shorter and more compact, thus reducing material wasted in the nozzle.
The two-part materials entering the Quadro nozzle form layers that are doubled with each mixing element. Over the length of a 24-element nozzle, for example, the resulting compound contains nearly 17 million mix-optimised layers. The unique Quadro mixer design achieves outstanding mixing performance with minimal pressure drop-off by comparison to other mixer designs.
Compatible with all cartridge connection types, the Quadro is a versatile and efficient alternative to the traditional helical mixer. Similar to the round mixers, Quadro is also available with a number of termination options to enable to fitting of fine dispensing tips for accurate placement and other accessories such as spreaders.
