Matt Baseley has been appointed Head of Sales at Intertronics. Matt has been working with us for 10 years, and in that time has built considerable technical knowledge alongside nurturing excellent customer relationships. Here’s what a couple of our customers had to say about Matt:

In his new role, Matt will lead the sales team with a strategic focus on driving growth, strengthening our presence in existing markets, and identifying new opportunities – all the while ensuring we continue to deliver value to our customers.

A few months ago, I began asking the question, “who holds the highest standards within our company for customer experience?” The unanimous answer: Matt. I then asked, “Is Matt in the right place to ensure these standards are maintained throughout the rest of the business?” The unanimous answer: No.
Teresa and I had already agreed that we needed a Head of Sales to take over the day-to-day management of the sales function from me in order to inject new energy into our sales strategy – so Matt’s application was warmly received and his success through the application process was built on his drive to deliver that loving the customer mentality.
Matt has this insatiable drive to hit his targets, and he hits them by first selling our value proposition, by understanding the values of the business, and by being empowered to make decisions that do right by the customer. Our customers love him for that.
