The Fisnar F7403N-HD ADVANCE heavy duty robot is designed for precise fluid placement and positioning when dispensing onto large and heavy size parts.
The 36 kg work load capacity and increased Z-clearance ensure the robot is capable of handling large and heavy parts.
A 20 kg Z-axis tool load capacity with safety brake mechanism enables heavy dispense equipment to be mounted, without effecting robot durability or performance.
The proprietary teach pendant robot software is user friendly and enables the creation of complex dispensing routines (dots, lines, circles, arcs, and fills) to be set up and operational in minutes.
A supplementary windows programming software allows 2D DXF files to be imported into the software and have dispense lines, dots, or circles quickly created from the imported CAD data. This feature dramatically reduces programming time for complex dispense patterns.
The modular connectivity design of the Fisnar F7403-HD ADVANCE offers easy configuration with optional robot accessories such as Tip Alignment Kit, Height Sensor and CCD Camera Vision System.
