About THINKY ARE-501
The THINKY ARE‑501 Mixer is an industrial non‑contact planetary centrifugal mixer for engineering compounds, with a maximum working capacity of 650ml or 1100g. It mixes, disperses, and deaerates materials in seconds to minutes, in either sealed or lid‑less containers such as jars, beakers, syringes, barrels, or cartridges. It is a conditioning mixer suitable for epoxy resins, silicones, polyurethanes, conductive pastes, inks, gels, and other functional materials—particularly where uniformity and repeatability are essential. Its non‑contact mixing principle enables the formulation of materials from very small amounts up to production‑scale batches, all without blades and without the need for cleaning.
Higher viscosity materials and larger volumes
The ARE‑501 delivers simultaneous mixing and bubble removal through high‑acceleration rotation and revolution. It features a 150% higher revolution speed than the Thinky ARE‑500, which can help the mixing of high‑viscosity or high‑density materials. The THINKY ARE-501 is a logical scale up for users of the ARE-250 or ARE-312 as the rotation-revolution ratios are the same, so your well understood mixing programs or recipes can be replicated in the larger capacity machine.
A multi‑step mixing function allows users to program up to 10 steps across 20 memory slots, offering precise control over mixing and degassing conditions (time and speed per mode). This improves formulation quality, supports traceability, and reduces human variability in the process. Shear‑sensitive materials can be processed reliably, while heated or cooled materials can be handled using compatible adapters. The ARE‑501 can accept various THINKY containers and adapters, and sits within a broader family of THINKY mixers including vacuum‑capable models for more demanding deaeration requirements. PC connectivity via RS232 enables external communication, recipe management and process traceability, supporting repeatable and auditable mixing processes.
An optional stand is available for the THINKY ARE‑501, allowing you to set the mixer at a more suitable working height. This is useful if the unit is too large for a workbench or if a floor‑mounted setup is not comfortable, giving you greater flexibility when integrating the mixer into your workspace.
