The IUV105 Cordless UV LED Spot Curing Pen provides fast, precise curing of UV adhesives, coatings and inks without the restrictions of a power cable. The IUV105 Cordless UV LED Spot Curing Pen is a professional handheld UV curing system for engineers and technicians who need to cure UV adhesives, coatings and inks away from a fixed workstation. Combining industrial UV LED performance with rechargeable battery operation, it provides the freedom to bring the curing system to the workpiece rather than the workpiece to the curing station.

Delivering irradiance of up to 2,000 mW/cm², the IUV105 provides the optical power required for fast, repeatable curing of production UV materials. Available in 365, 385, and 405 nm wavelengths, it can be matched to a wide range of UV curable adhesives, coatings and inks.

Unlike many handheld UV pens designed for hobby, inspection or occasional use, the IUV105 is engineered for industrial applications. The lightweight pen-style design, focused UV output and integrated push-button switch give operators precise control over the curing process, while the rechargeable Li-ion battery provides up to two hours of cordless operation.

The IUV105 is particularly useful when curing large assemblies, installed equipment, prototypes or awkwardly positioned components where a bench-powered curing system is less practical. It is equally at home in laboratories, production environments, maintenance operations and low-volume assembly, providing the flexibility of cordless operation without compromising curing performance.
