The IUV110 LED UV Spot Curing Lamp delivers fast and repeatable curing of UV adhesives, coatings and encapsulants. Suitable for automated production equipment, dedicated benchtop workstations and laboratory process development, it provides consistent UV curing for applications where accurate positioning and reliable process control are essential.
Available in 365 nm, 385 nm and 405 nm wavelengths, the IUV110 delivers UV irradiance of up to 6,000 mW/cm², enabling rapid curing of UV curable materials while helping reduce process times and improve productivity.
Its advanced optical system maintains a concentrated UV beam over longer working distances than many compact UV curing lamps, giving greater flexibility when designing automated equipment or configuring fixed benchtop curing stations. This combination of concentrated illumination and extended working distance helps simplify system integration while maintaining consistent curing performance.
Designed for continuous industrial operation, the IUV110 features active cooling and integrated electronics to maintain stable UV output throughout extended production runs. Operating from a 24 VDC supply with PLC compatibility, it can be readily integrated into automated manufacturing systems, allowing UV curing to be synchronised with dispensing, assembly and inspection processes, or incorporated into dedicated laboratory and production workstations.
The supplied power supply/controller provides straightforward control of the curing process, with an integrated timer for setting repeatable exposure times, adjustable UV output, and START and STOP controls. The supplied foot pedal can be used to initiate a timed curing cycle, leaving the operator’s hands free for positioning and assembly work.
